Services
Elvoria AI provides configuration, automation and software services for AI-assisted business operations. The specific scope of any engagement is defined in a written proposal.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity carried out under them.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communications, or to process data you do not have the right to process. You are responsible for complying with the communication and consent rules that apply to your industry and jurisdiction.
Third-party providers and costs
Voice, messaging, calendar, AI model and payment services are provided by third parties and connected using your credentials. Their usage costs are billed by them, or passed through as separately stated variable costs.
Demonstration content
Demo environments, sample data, case study scenarios and interface previews are illustrative. They do not represent actual client results or guaranteed outcomes.
No guaranteed outcomes
We do not guarantee specific lead volume, conversion rate or revenue outcomes. Results depend on your market, offer, staffing and the accuracy of your configuration.
Fees
Subscription and setup fees are stated in your plan or proposal. Variable communication and AI usage costs are additional.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Elvoria AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in line with the notice period in the applicable proposal. On termination you retain your data and your own provider accounts.
